A teacher asks her class, "If there are 5 birds sitting on a fence and you shoot one of them, how many will be left?" She calls on little Johnny.

"None, they all fly away with the first gunshot."

The teacher replies, "The correct answer is 4, but I like your thinking."

Then Little Johnny says, "I have a question for "There are three women sitting on a bench having ice cream. One is delicately licking the sides of the triple scoop of ice cream. How To Be Confident Around Women

I know, I know, you've heard this puppy before. "Every woman is attracted to a confident guy" right?

Well, yes, this is right. Ask any girl, and they will always tell you that confidence is an incredibly attractive trait in a man. But here's the problem with this statement and why most guys roll their eyes when they hear it

NO ONE EVER TELLS YOU HOW TO BE CONFIDENT!

Most books will give you some artsy-fartsy psychobabble about what you need to do to be more confident, like imagining yourself to be 50 feet tall and shining with power. Other products might tell you to "fake it until you make it" and just try to act confident around women when you're really scared silly deep inside.

The problem with these tactics is that THEY DON'T WORK!

Seriously, you'd be better off watching linoleum peel than try to follow that advice.

The time you spend mentally masturbating as you imagine yourself being really giant and glistening with power is much better spent

doing things that will actually get you results once you open your eyes.

And faking confidence will backfire on you the second you get rejected, and you're going to feel like a fake, a loser, and a complete failure with women. Then you'll spend the next day/week/month beating yourself up and wallowing in self pity.

Both of these tactics are COUNTER-PRODUCTIVE to getting more success with women.

So that brings us back to where we started: How do you become more confident?

Well, there is a way to do it. But it's not simple OR fast acting.

In fact, it's quite hard.

I hesitate to bring it up because it's not something that can be done overnight, so if you're looking for a quick fix, I'm afraid I can't help you. But being confident in yourself is SO IMPORTANT that I can't ignore this topic completely.

In my book, The Art Of Approaching, I devoted an entire SECTION to this topic and teaching you how to truly make a real change and become more confident in yourself. And since I can't fit all of it into this little ecourse, I'll just cover the basics.

First off, I want you to understand that your lack of confidence comes from your current BELIEF SYSTEM.

If you get nervous around women, or rehearse failure or bad things in your mind, it's because you've TRAINED YOURSELF to believe that way.

When we're born, we don't have a set of beliefs pre-installed within us. We are a blank slate! Completely free of any negative

thoughts or beliefs.

But as we grow up, our experiences and our upbringing helps to shape that which we believe about ourselves. Sometimes those

beliefs are correct. Other times, those beliefs are dead wrong.

For instance, let's say the first time you liked a girl in first grade, you tried to kiss her or something, and all the kids made fun of you for "liking a girl." So you were ashamed and suffered through all the teasing.

After that, you became afraid to approach a girl you liked because early on, you learned to associate that shame you felt when those kids ridiculed you with approaching a woman you liked.

See how that works?

That's just one example. There are TONS of different ways we come to accept counter-productive beliefs.

The real trick in fixing this and helping to RE-TRAIN yourself to feel good feelings and be confident is self-examination.

You have to take a good, hard look at who you are and what you believe. Otherwise, you will just keep doing what you've always

done! And if you're reading this email, chances are what you've been doing hasn't been working too well for you!

So here's what I want you to do

Sit down with a piece of paper and a pen, and think about a problem you have. For example:

"I get scared when I see a woman I like and can't talk to them."

Then, analyze your statement and ask:

"Why do I feel that way?"

So let's say you get scared because you think the girl is going to slap you across the face and call you a loser. Write that down on the paper. Then ask yourself:

"Why do I believe that?"

Really THINK about the answer to this question. Maybe when you were younger, you saw your big brother get slapped by a woman and called a loser, so you associated that reaction with approaching a woman.

Write your answer down.

Once you figure out your answer, then ask "Is that something that is logical to believe?"

Chances are, the answer is NO.

Then ask yourself: "What should I believe instead of this?" Then write down your answer. So in this case, let's say you write down that you're going to believe that instead of getting slapped and called a loser, the woman will smile at you and be happy to talk to you.

Now, the next time you see a woman you want to approach, and you feel that fear, you know it's because of that negative belief you got from watching your brother at a young age. Then tell yourself "This woman is going to smile and be happy to talk to me." Say it as many times as it takes. Repeat this belief to yourself over and over until it overtakes the bad belief, and then go talk to the girl!

You'll be really surprised at the results you get from this simple technique.

I could go on for hours on how to build real confidence. This is just the tip of the iceberg. How To Talk To Women Training

Have you ever been talking with a bunch of guys, shooting the breeze, and all of a sudden a woman joins your group, and the vibe of the conversation changes COMPLETELY?

It's like someone just threw a wrench into the gears. Suddenly the subject changes, and you hear a record scratch in the background.

Now all of a sudden you start censoring yourself and talking the way you think you "should" around a woman.

I remember when I would walk up to a group of girls and feel my mind freezing up on me like a puddle in winter. My mind would just go completely blank.

Now, there's a secret here that I'm going to reveal to you in this article that will help you talk to women with much more calm confidence - once you understand a hidden desire that women have.

I want to tell you something about my childhood first

Don't worry, we're not getting in touch with our "inner child" or anything like that.

You see, I when I was a kid, I liked to hang around girls

Sure, I had a lot of guy friends, but I also spent a LOT of time hanging around groups of girls whenever I could.

Yeah, I got teased about it a lot, but I had a feeling these girls were going to be the next big thing in a few years, and I wanted to start researching this trend right away.

The cool thing about having spent so much time around them was that I learned just how girls think and communicate. I started to understand what it was that women wanted in their conversations.

This one thing - this hidden ingredient - was something that guys were missing in almost every conversation they had with a woman.

What is this missing part?

Well, there was an old joke that we used to have when I was doing project management for big corporations. They would call us in to do a big project plan. And then we joked that it would look like this:

Step 1) Begin project to install new system

Step 2)
A miracle happens

Step 3) Project success!

Well, obviously step 2 is where most people just smile, close their eyes, and go into their 'happy place.' (It's this kind of wishful thinking that has led us to problems in our economy as well as the environment.)

Well, this "miracle happens" thinking has led me to realize just how many guys are making a really BIG error in their logic with women

You see most guys have this concept of how conversation works with women:

Step 1) Start conversation

Step 2) ? A miracle happens ?

Step 3) Get a date.

Step 2 is that 'mystery step' where 'a miracle happens' and she just instantly finds you interesting enough to want to go on a date with you.

This is a little like thinking that someone is going to want to buy a car without experiencing sitting in it, or test driving it out on the open road. Not many people "mail order" their cars.

The secret desire that women have that will help you fill in the blank between "Walk up to woman" and "get her phone number" is actually VERY simple.

And it's not a miracle, either.

It is

EMOTION.

Sometimes known as: DRAMA.

But not the BAD kind of drama. It's the GOOD kind.

You see "drama" that a woman wants just means emotional ENERGY.

Ever had a dish of spaghetti where someone just dumped a plain bottle of tomato sauce on it? My grandma used to make it this way, and it was really boring.

Now, throw in a little garlic, onions, basil, and a bit of red pepper and now you've got yourself a spicy meat-a-ball!

It's the same thing with conversations. Emotional energy is what gives spice to a conversation for a woman.

Pickup Artist Player Of The Week My Best Week As Puin Training

I am loving the single life. Back when I was about 125 pounds heavier (girlfriend) I thought the only chance I had at getting laid was by having a girlfriend. Then came "The Game" and my mind was blown. Since breaking up with my girlfriend and studying pickup artist materials I've learned that anything is possible when it comes to seducing women.

I've made immense progress in picking up women but nothing could compare to the week I had in mid-March. My greatest week as a PUA in training started on Wednesday, the 16th of March.

WEDNESDAY

I don't usually drink during the week. On Wednesday though, I made an exception for a cute 21 year old that came over with her equally cute friend. A friend and I were able set up a double date with two girls we met the prior Saturday at a bar. I spent most of the night making out with my date.

THURSDAY

Besides watching Jersey Shore, the rest of the night was spent with a bed buddy. She slept over but we didn't do much sleeping.

FRIDAY

I went out with a few friends to a local bar. Wasn't expecting to meet anyone but of course I did. My friends and I talked to a couple of girls and managed to get them to another bar then to eat afterwards. I ended the night by number closing one of them.

SATURDAY

When I thought my week couldn't get any better, unsurprisingly, it did. I accompanied a friend on a party bus that was filled with beautiful drunk women. My "date" had a boyfriend and has been in my friend zone for more than a year. That night she confessed her feelings for me and practically begged me to get with her. Long story short, she broke up with her boyfriend through a text at four in the morning while we were fooling around in the back seat of her car.

That was my best week so far as a PUA in training. What's yours?
