Externally, most of these stress-related issues, concerns, tension or problems can be alleviated with a warm herbal bath at bedtime. Combine a handful of lavender and a handful of chamomile in one quart of water. Bring to a boil, cover, and let steep for 15 to 20 minutes. Strain, then add the liquid to a warm bath, very beneficial and calming.
